Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Celestine.

How does the natal chart bracelet work?

Enter your birth date, time, and location on our Cosmos page. We use that information to create birth-chart-inspired crystal suggestions for style and personal reflection. You can then customize your bracelet in the Design Studio.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

You can leave the birth time blank. We use 12:00 PM as a fallback, but time-sensitive details such as rising sign or houses may be less precise.

Are your crystals genuine?

Celestine is starting as a small independent studio, so each paid request is checked before production. Natural stones can vary in color, pattern, and inclusions.

How do I choose my bracelet size?

Measure your wrist circumference with a flexible tape measure. Our Design Studio will calculate the exact number of beads needed for a comfortable fit.

Can I change my design after ordering?

Payment is taken through PayPal at checkout. Because each bracelet is made to order, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we can adjust the design before production starts.

How do I cleanse and care for my crystals?

Rinse under cool running water and dry with a soft cloth. You can also place them under moonlight or use sage smoke to energetically cleanse them.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is planned where service is available. Shipping times, costs, and import fees vary by destination. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

What is your return policy?

You can request cancellation before production starts. Made-to-order bracelets are usually not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed request.

Are any of your beads man-made? How do I know what I’m getting?

Yes, and we label them plainly. Cat’s eye beads are fiber-optic glass, crackle quartz is heat-treated and dyed, and angel aura is platinum-coated quartz. Every product page lists the real composition of every stone, and each crystal’s page in our Crystal Meanings library explains what it is honestly.

What sizes do ready-to-wear bracelets fit?

Ready-to-wear designs are strung on elastic cord in one size, which comfortably fits most wrists from about 14 to 19cm (5.5 to 7.5 inches). If your wrist is outside that range, design the same stones as a custom piece in the studio and enter your exact measurement.

How much do Celestine bracelets cost?

Ready-to-wear designs currently range from about $52 to $165. Custom studio bracelets are priced per bead — typically a few dollars per stone depending on the crystal and size — and you see the exact total update live as you design.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, including card payment through PayPal’s guest checkout. Prices are computed on our server, so the total you see is exactly what is charged. We never see or store your card details.

Can I wear my crystal bracelet in the shower or pool?

We recommend taking it off first. Elastic cord ages faster when wet, some stones (malachite, pearl, calcite, opal) dislike water and chemicals, and soap film dulls the polish. Water-safe habits keep a bracelet beautiful for years.

Which wrist should I wear a crystal bracelet on?

Tradition says the left wrist receives energy — wear intention stones like rose quartz or amethyst there — while the right wrist projects energy outward, suiting confidence stones like citrine or tiger’s eye. There is no wrong answer; wear it where it feels right.

Do you make men’s crystal bracelets?

Yes. Popular men’s choices are onyx, tiger’s eye, hematite, lava stone, and blue tiger’s eye in 8–12mm beads. The studio supports wrist sizes up to 21cm, and several ready-to-wear designs are unisex.

How do I pick a bracelet as a gift when I don’t know their taste?

Start from their birthday: their zodiac sign or birth month points to a stone with a built-in story. Our zodiac guides and birthstone guides list the classic choice for each, and 8mm beads in a single-stone design are the safest gift size and style.

How many beads are on a bracelet?

It depends on wrist size and bead diameter: a 16cm (6.3in) wrist takes roughly 22 beads of 8mm or 18 of 10mm. Our bead size chart guide has the full table, and the studio counts automatically as you design.

Will elastic bracelets stretch out over time?

Quality elastic keeps its stretch for a long time with kind habits: roll the bracelet on and off over your hand instead of pulling one side wide, keep it dry, and store it flat. If a cord ever does tire, restringing is inexpensive at any local jeweler.

Do crystals need to be cleansed before first wear?

Many people like to start fresh: rinse briefly under cool water (skip water-sensitive stones like malachite or pearl), or rest the bracelet in moonlight overnight. It is a ritual of intention rather than a requirement.

Is the crystal jewelry meant to heal medical conditions?

No. Crystal and astrology meanings at Celestine are offered for personal reflection, styling, and meaningful gifting — never as medical, financial, or professional advice.
