1. About Celestine
Celestine is a small independent online studio. We offer crystal bracelet design tools, birth-chart-inspired recommendations, and made-to-order bracelet requests.
2. Astrology and Crystal Content
Birth chart and crystal recommendations are provided for personal reflection, style inspiration, and entertainment. They are not medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice.
3. Orders and PayPal Payment
Payment is completed securely through PayPal at checkout. Your order is confirmed once PayPal payment is completed, and production of your made-to-order bracelet begins after payment is confirmed. Celestine does not store your card or bank details — payment is processed by PayPal under its own terms.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Crystal colors, patterns, inclusions, and bead appearance may vary because stones are natural materials and screen colors differ. Design previews show the intended layout, but the final handmade bracelet may have small visual differences.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
You may request cancellation before production starts. Made-to-order bracelets are usually not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed request. See Shipping & Returns for practical instructions.
6. International Shipping
Shipping times are estimates. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier charges required by their country.
7. Website Content
Site text, images, layouts, and design tools are provided by Celestine or used with permission. Please do not copy the site, scrape it at scale, or reuse product content in a way that confuses customers.
